Celebrating the Westerman Dream Team Award & MORE FM Community Angels Recognition.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Town Centre Taupo for all the hard work that went into organising the Stella Awards, and to Westerman’s for generously sponsoring the Dream Team category. Your support made this event possible, and we truly appreciate all the effort that went into recognising excellence in our community.
We are absolutely thrilled and incredibly proud to accept the Westerman Dream Team Award. This recognition means so much to us, and we couldn’t have achieved it without our amazing teams’ hard work and dedication.
Additionally, we are honoured to have been named Runner-Up in the MORE FM Community Angels category. This recognition further highlights our commitment to making a positive impact in the community, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to contribute.
So, What is a Dream Team?
“To us, a Dream Team is much more than a group of people working together – it’s about being connected, aligned, and truly collaborating as one cohesive unit,” says Chief Executive Rebecca Hawke. “A Dream Team communicates well, gives a sense of belonging and has an authentic harmony when a team performs at its best. A Dream Team optimises its talent and has the collective capability to sustain this over time.”
Our Dream Team.
We are incredibly fortunate to have a team that not only embodies these qualities but also reflects values such as integrity, innovation, and loyalty in their daily interactions. These values enable us to sustain our success over time, continually pushing boundaries and working toward a brighter future.
“Above all, we want to express our deepest gratitude to every member of the Cheal team. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to a culture that places people – individuals, whanau, and communities – at the centre of everything we do is what truly makes us a Dream Team.” – David Forsyth, Cheal Director.
Honouring Our Community: Runner-Up in the MORE FM Community Angels Category.
In addition to receiving the Westerman Dream Team Award, we are incredibly proud to have been named Runner-Up in the MORE FM Community Angels category. This recognition is a testament to our team’s ongoing commitment to supporting and giving back to the community. Whether through volunteering, donations, sponsorship, or service, we strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around us. Being recognised in this way inspires us to continue our efforts and strengthen our connections with the community.
Here’s to continuing this incredible journey together, making a positive impact, and achieving even more in the future. Thank you for being part of our success and for all that we’ve accomplished as a team!
