Cheal Consultants were engaged by the Client to undertake planning, surveying and engineering work for a 500 lot subdivision at Wharewaka East, Taupo.
Cheal Consultants obtained variations to the landuse and subdivision consent to allow the Client to alter the layout and staging of the subdivision, which resulted in more lots able to be developed.
Regional Council consents were obtained to enable the development of the subdivision infrastructure including stormwater, roading, and servicing infrastructure. This included consent for earthworks disturbance, discharge to water, dam and diversion, and structures within a bed of a river.
Cheal Engineers completed the detailed engineering design and construction supervision.
Cheal Surveyors completed the site set out for all subdivision infrastructure and lots for Stages 1a & b.
Cheals multidisciplinary services have been an invaluable part of this subdivision development at Wharewaka East.
