Born and raised in the beautiful Hawke’s Bay, Chantelle joined Cheal in 2016, bringing with her 12 years of experience working in the corporate sector in Business Development and Operational roles.

Thriving on the challenges of driving business success, improving operational efficiencies, and building strong teams with an emphasis on people and culture, saw Chantelle promoted to Business Manager in 2024.

With extensive experience in strategic HR planning, organisational development, leadership, business administration, public relations, employee engagement, development, and wellbeing, Chantelle has a passion for people and a desire to create the best possible working environment, leading by example and never shying away from a challenge.

Outside of work, you’ll find Chantelle driving her children around, supporting them in their chosen fields, counselling them, and being their nurse, cook, cleaner, and general dogsbody!

What makes it all worthwhile is being able to share life experiences with family, including traveling overseas and experiencing different cultures.
