Beck was appointed to the position of Chief Executive for Cheal in 2020. She has played an integral role in the growth of the organisation over the last 14 years, seeing it develop and flourish to its current state with 6 offices and over 80 staff.

Originating from the UK and making New Zealand her home for the last 22 years, Beck’s career spans 30 years across the business administration and professional services consultancy sectors, with an interlude of 2 years somewhere in between to travel the world.

Beck has a true passion for people, combined with integral knowledge of the organisation and the industry it serves. She works closely with the Cheal Board on strategic and policy issues, identifying and implementing initiatives throughout the organisation.
